Magnetic Letters

During Reading the groups rotate around different literacy activities when they are not reading with Miss Brown. One of the activities is to create words and sentences out of the magnetic letters.

Here is what Ollie, Harlyn and Jarrad did during their time at this rotation on Tuesday.

Old McDonald had a farm but poor weather conditions meant he had to sell most of his animals! Then the evil Farmer Jane set a bionic bunny onto his fields to ruin his farm forever so that people could sing about her instead of Old McDonald! Jip, his trusty farmdog, and the few remaining animals helped to save the day. The show was very funny and the actors were very, very talented. We hope they come again with a different show next year!

Assembly

We ran assembly last Friday and we were FANTASTIC! We played charades, sang and danced to Wobbly Tooth, read a funny poem with expression, shared what we found out in Maths and showed some of our awesome Picasso artwork. We each had a turn speaking into the microphone. Miss Brown and our parents were very proud of us.
