Tennis - By Ella and Haylee

Haylee and Ella made this Podcast all by themselves today. They wrote their script, recorded their voices, inserted photos and chose a jingle. Aren't they clever!!!

Put pictures on the computer - Jarrad
Recording our own voices - Josh
Use Garage Band - Harlyn
Put songs at the start and end - Shaynae.

Next time we do this we will need to:

Broadgreen House

These are a few photos from our trip to Broadgreen House. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to take photos inside of the amazing house. Everyone had a really good time and we were amazed at how much life has changed. We are glad we no longer have to use a chamber pot when we need to go to the toilet...yuck! Although, we really would like to have our own maids! We all decided that we are lucky we have electricity! It must have been so hard without it!

Maths - Measurement

Maths: Measurement - Weight on PhotoPeach

We had fun learning how to measure the weight of different things. We had lots of different activities to help us learn about the weight of objects and using the scales. We decided it is important to know how to measure things especially when it comes to baking!

Assembly

We ran assembly last Friday and we were FANTASTIC! We played charades, sang and danced to Wobbly Tooth, read a funny poem with expression, shared what we found out in Maths and showed some of our awesome Picasso artwork. We each had a turn speaking into the microphone. Miss Brown and our parents were very proud of us.

The Variety Bash

The Variety Bash came to Brightwater School to raise money for sick kids. Vroom,
all the cars came in with yummy treats and a funny show. My favourite part was
the underpants trick. Woosh, water came outof the fire truck hose.
- Daniel

Today the Variety Bash came. The cars raced into the school. We got delicious
yummy treats. Lots of people had hilarious hats. When Variety Bash was here
we got soaking wet. The super hero show was hilarious and magic and he
picked two people to go up. MT meant empty.

PE with Mr Head

On Tuesday mornings we have been learning how to catch, throw and aim with Mr Head. We find it lots of fun. We learned to cross our little fingers when we go to catch and to point and look at the target when we are throwing.
