Can you blow up a balloon without using your mouth??? We can!!! The balloon is being filled up with a gas.




Today we learned about solids, liquids and gases. We learned that you can't really see a gas. Air (oxygen) is a gas. When we breathe we take in oxygen and blow out another gas called carbon dioxide. The trees do the opposite - we need each other to survive.

A liquid is something you can pour (like water). A solid is something you can hold (like ice).
Chocolate is a solid but if we melt it we would make a liquid.
