Today the Variety Bash came to school. The Variety Bash raises money to help children. There were lots of different vehicles there. There were fire engines, mini's and different sorts of trucks.
The whole school came to the front field to watch the Variety Bash.
We got lots of different sorts of lollies and goodie bags. There were rings, a flag and tooth brushes. I got a special badge that they only give one out at a school because I used my manners to say thank you.Last Friday we had hot dog fundraiser, we raised $548.15 which we gave to the Variety Bash.
The Variety Bash has raised over $15,000,000 to help children in New Zealand.

ReplyDeleteThe Variety Bash was great wasn't it. I was amazed at how many things and treats they had to give away to you. I liked the cupcake car and I thought the water fight at the end was very funny. I hope all of those people had a change of clothes.
